Welcome to Table Tutor. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Table Tutor website (tabletutorapp.com), mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by TableTutor LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts and Subscriptions

  1. Restaurant Workspaces: Table Tutor provides private workspaces for restaurants to train and onboard staff. Managers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their workspace access and inviting authorized employees.

  2. Subscriptions: Access to the full menu and training features requires an active subscription by the restaurant management. If a subscription becomes inactive, employee access to the training materials will be restricted until renewed.

  3. Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or managing a restaurant profile.

2. SMS and Communications

By using our application and SMS services, you agree to the following messaging terms:

  1. Program Description: Table Tutor sends onboarding invitations and account notifications via SMS to restaurant employees.

  2. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your restaurant's onboarding process.

  3. Pricing: Message and data rates may apply.

  4. Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the phone number. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  5. Customer Care: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting us at admin@tabletutor.app.

  6. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TableTutor LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TableTutor LLC.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law.

  • Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

  • Distribute malicious code, viruses, or any other software designed to interfere with the proper function of the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TableTutor LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Privacy

We do not sell or share your phone numbers or personal data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
